Notes:  ^^^ Stebbins (p.237: cat. 143- 146) has a quartet of images which strongly resemble each other. Each has a meandering creek reflecting a large, dark foreground stack, highlit stacks in the background, a ragged line of dark clouds, parallel to the flat horizon, to which they are connected across a lumnous sky by dark rainstreaks. Seen together, they are like frames in a cinemascope documentary on dynamic coastal weather.
